Landscape Heritage Utrecht
Landscape Heritage Utrecht is the first organisation in the Netherlands to bring together the protection of landscape and cultural heritage. LEU connects people from the province of Utrecht with the nature and history of their living environment. Together with social investors and many volunteers, LEU is working on a sustainable future.
How it works
"We started our process with very intensive but instructive sessions about our target groups, services and clients. This eventually resulted in eight personas and customer journeys. Basic Orange helped us think about how we set up the customer journeys: not from the outdated ideas we already had, but from how they should be."

"We wanted to build a lasting relationship, not one that ended with the completion of the site. Because how are you going to measure the effect of the site? Who does your site end up with? How do you involve your employees and streamline internal information flows? Basic Orange helped us throughout the entire process. They understand the non-profit world and speak the same language. We feel a common love for the subject."
